Why?
Several months ago, my dearest friend Joelle Haddad designed the blog’s logo you see on the banner on top. Personally, I adore it and I know a lot of you do too. However, the final decision to make the blog a non-profit one, makes me feel uneasy using someone’s else genius to portray my work.
That’s why, I am going to change the logo into the one you see above. It is a rough first-draft, but I am confident I can soften its rough edges.
What Does It Mean?
It is inspired by, of course, the molecular structure of Serotonin, the happiness neurotransmitter (among other things). You might notice one of the double-bonds in the 6-carbon ring is curved, giving the impression it’s a smiley face. This is inspired by my grandma, who mistook my tattoo for a rabbit.
What Do You Think?
Thanks for your help guys!
