Last week, the video above was uploaded to the GhostSec YouTube channel.

6 days later, the people behind #OpLebanon delivered, and tweeted the below dump to over 100 government usernames and passwords they were able to gain access to.

Let me start by saying that it feels good that ethical online security experts are helping the Lebanese people in their struggle against the Sulta. Let me then say that it’s a disaster that so many government employees passwords are their phone numbers, or just 123456… Thank you for showing us how inept you are to serve the public, and how you are all in your positions thanks to wasta and corruption.

Always remember, we are in conflict with this criminal Sulta. Protests are important, but those aren’t the only tools at people’s disposal. Just like the government violates our privacy and security, our liberty and safety, I see no reason why the same can’t be done to them.

GhostSec promised more leaks and dumps in the coming days as well.
